Refund & Return Policy

At Cake Decorating Solutions, customer satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we’re here to help.


🗓 Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging must be intact
• Proof of purchase is required (invoice/order confirmation)


⚠ Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be issued if:

• Product shows signs of use
• Packaging is damaged or missing
• Product is returned after 15 days
• Item is not in original condition (not due to our error)


💳 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

✔ You will receive a confirmation email
✔ Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
✔ Amount will be credited to your original payment method

(Processing time may vary depending on your bank/payment provider)


⏳ Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t reflected yet:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your card provider or bank
  3. Allow processing time


🔁 Exchanges

We only replace products if:

• Received damaged
• Manufacturing defect found

with photos/videos within 48 hours of delivery.


🎁 Gift Orders

• If the item was marked as a gift, store credit will be issued
• If not marked as a gift, refund will go to the original purchaser


🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• We recommend using trackable shipping

Damaged returns due to poor packing may not be accepted.
